Lose Fat Fast

Without question, the easiest and quickest way to lose fat fast is through body weight exercises.

These will work your large muscle groups, which will dramatically enhance your metabolism’s fat burning ability. You’ll literally feel the fat dripping off as you go through these exercises on a daily basis.

The greatest thing about these exercises is that they are free, quick, and easy. You don’t need to join a gym, or buy special clothes or equipment. (Although you might want to get one of those inflatable exercise balls, as you’ll see later.)

It only takes about twenty minutes or less to run through all these, and you can do them wherever you can find a space of floor to do them. Here are some core exercises to get started with:

Hindu Squats

Basically, you stand with your feet about shoulder width apart. Take in a deep breath, swing your arms behind your back, and squat down. When you get down to the lowest point, swing your arms forward so your fingertips slightly brush the floor. Make sure to have your weight on the balls of your feet. As you swing your arms forward, stand up again.

When you start, you’ll be lucky if you can do more than twenty. But in only a couple weeks, you’ll easily be doing a hundred every morning. These are great for your quads, which are the largest muscles in your body. This exercise alone will have a dramatic impact on your fat burning metabolism.

Neck Bridge

Lay on the floor, on your back. Pull your legs up, and put your feet flat on the floor. Slowly start walking your feet back toward your butt. As you do so, lift your midsection off the floor, and roll backward on your head. Walk your feet back until they are just under where your butt was. You should be looking directly behind you, with your weight balanced on the top of your head (make sure to use a cushion!) and your feet. Hold for as long as possible (anywhere up to three minutes or so.)

This is fantastic for your entire back, your neck, and your gluts. This will build some powerful definition in your backside, making you look really good in a pair of jeans.

If you can’t quite get the hang of this right away, don’t worry. Use that big exercise ball, and just lay over it backward until your body gets used to this position. Then start to roll back until you can hold some of your weight on your head.

Push Ups

There are millions of ways to do push ups. If you like doing them old school, go right ahead. If you like doing Yoga, you can use your exercise ball, and hold the “up” position of the push up with your hands resting on the ball. Like the bridge, if you can’ t do it longer than a second or two, don’t worry.  Keep doing it longer and longer,  and pretty soon you’ll be able to hold it for a minute or so.

These three simple exercises will dramatically increase your metabolism, and give you the edge you’ve been looking for. You’ll burn off fat, lose weight, and slim down like you’ve never thought possible.
