But after about the 5 week period, I was totally set and focused. I guess it takes a while to teach yourself good habits. Also, I think our taste buds change, because good quality foods taste better after a while. &amp; crappy foods taste good still, but make you feel bad.</description>

This is the 4th time I have started WW. . We quit in April 2010 after losing 25 pounds and then I didn&#039;t lose anymore for a couple weeks, so we quit. My weight is a pound more than when I started last time. And that is depressing.  It looks like a lot of people commented and are encouraging you. Keep it up! We can do this!</description>
